They always romanticize those films..they swear like there's such a thing as the "bad boy" falling in love with the "good girl" and then she changes him into this super sweet guy. I've never seen that happen in real life. No one I know... what REALLY happens is that the bad guy ends up screwing the girl over and breaking her heart and---"
Lovie: Nope. I disagree.
Me: (apalled).. "WHAT? WHY?!.. who do we know? No one! hah!
Lovie: ...........you and I.
Oh butterflies-rainbows-and horseshoes! That kid gets me everytime I tell yah! Today my lovie turns 22! (happy dance).
You're one of my greatest gifts in life, masqueraded in oh-so-sweet dark chocolatey feistiness! oops..i mean um, goodness! :D
To the one who:
-Makes me laugh so hard I cry
-Lip quivers at tear-jerker moments while I sit by stone-hearted and mock his tenderness. He is SUCH a marshmallow inside. He'll never admit it though :)
-Puts on a strong face amongst others, but isn't afraid to admit his fears/weaknesses to me in secret.
-Has the hugest booty a 22 year old filipino boy could possess. (as he always says, "baby, i make black girls JEALOUS!!!)
-Would drive 70 miles just to see me for an hour
-Murders flies like a killing-fiend ninja
-Has the HUGEST heart for kids, and thinks that they are ALL wonderfully adorable. They are not all cute lovie. Some babies look like aliens, and some todllers have a 40 year old face with a 3 year old body...just. saying. (is it clear to see who wants kids & who could live without them? haha)
-Encourages me to stay up & pray/do my devotions even though I'm falling asleep already!
-Has convinced me through and through that pure love does exist. Chivalry is not ancient, and NOT all men are the scum of the world.
-Can never keep a straight composure as he speaks of God's goodness
-Loves his parents to Pluto and back
-Has the ability to enter a room and leave the people laughing 2 minutes later
-Always goes into Liam Neeson mode when he can't figure out where I am
-Can make a guitar SAAAAAAAAAAAAANG!
-Is a musical genius. Yes you are, "Daniel Rush!"
-Is grateful for the tiniest moments that normal people would just glaze over
-Isn't afraid to admit when he's wrong
-Will fight for what he believes in
-The best man a woman could ever hoped for :)
You are the miracle I never dared wished for because I couldn't believe I could deserve something so good. Well, God gave it to me anyway, my love. I adore you.
